Miscellaneous Craziness....

When I get really far behind on this blog, it's just too overwhelming to sort through pictures and try to put them in any type of order. So, you get a "Misc" blog....lots of random pictures from, well, the LAST time I blogged!

Enjoy!

Gotta Love Wisconsin....

Last week Sunday, (OK- it was a few weeks ago, but I started writing this blog LAST week and the computer froze....) we opened up all the windows, kicked off our shoes, and headed outside to soak up the sunshine and enjoy the 82 (yes, 82) degree weather. It was incredible!

Why do I forsee a summer of VERY dirty clothes for this one?

Lucy decided to give herself a pedicure with the chalk....

 Summer toes!

Someone was a *little* excited to play outside!

Giggles

By  now you have probably seen the YouTube video of the baby laughing hysterically at the ripped up paper. The girls watched it with me one night, and it has quickly become the most requested "movie" in the Salmon house... it's always good for a laugh or two!

(I think my favorite part of this entire thing is the way Lucy laughs hysterically, then abruptly stops to watch the video some more!)

Ant Jood Gets Married!

On Saturday, March 5, my favorite "single" aunt finally did it! Ant Jood and Gary were married in a beautiful ceremony, followed by a fun-filled reception. Everyone had a great time- especially our little "mini-bridesmaids!"

When your first date is at Culver's, Scoopie comes to your rehearsal dinner to help celebrate!

Scoopie was a huge hit with the younger crowd!

Artwork

Maggie is slowly becoming quite the artist. When she is not singing, dancing, and walking around in high heels, she is busy drawing and "writing." She is actually quite good (if I do say so myself) and can write her name, Lucy (sometimes), mom and dad without help. She loves to draw hearts and rainbows (a true girl!) but mostly draws pictures of her friends and family. The most recent one was just too good not to share...

It's Dan, of course. Look at the hair on his legs! :)

Happy Valentine's Day!

Just for fun, I thought I'd pull some pictures from Valentine's Day past... Enjoy!

No matter how you celebrated today, we hope you had the chance to spend time with those most important to you and took the opportunity to tell someone you love them!

44 Googly Eyes, 1 Gluestick, and lots and lots of construction paper...

....put it all together and what do you get? 22 homemade monkey Valentine's Day cards, of course! Check out the finished product below. Maggie helped and we had LOTS of fun- but I'm a little worried that I set the bar a little high with years and years of Valentines ahead of us.....
