MISC pictures

Here is a just a modge-podge of misc pictures from Thanksgiving through today (February 3, really?) Enjoy!

 Like their "Rapunzel" hats?

My little bakers- helping make Christmas cookies!

Well, maybe Lucy helped "taste" a bit more than "bake!"

 Busted!

Lucy eats crayons. The blue ones.

Just hangin' out....

 Lucy!

They like each other... They really do!

Did you hear the Packers are going to the Super Bowl?
(Maybe next year, Lucy....)

Didn't quite make the cut...

Here are a couple of shots that didn't make the Christmas card this year.
They were just too cute not to share!

Christmas 2010 - Part 4

Over New Year's, we travelled to MN to celebrate our Christmas with the Salmon side! It was a lot of fun... and we got to see lots of family when we all came together for a luncheon at the nursing home with Grandma Mindrum and, as always, the girls LOVED spending time with Keiran and Kayden!

One of my favorite pictures from the weekend.... Note Dan's totally happy face, Maggie's totally goofy face, Keiran's totally confused face, and Corey, well...notice Corey is wearing Mickey ears...

Grandma Bernie and "the girls"

Must've been scary- Look at Maggie's face!

Maggie's Program

In mid-December, Maggie's daycare had a Christmas program... It was ADORABLE and Maggie was so excited to show off her school, friends and teachers to her dad and Gramma and Papa!

She was getting a little nervous, waiting to start!

 We've been spotted!

 Singing the "Reindeer Pokey..."
You put your red nose in. You put your red nose out....

She saw Santa creep in the door. He was a suprise for all the kids!

My favorite part of this video?
You can TOTALLY see Maggie's "listhp" when she sings! So cute!

Christmas 2010- Part 3

After Santa's gift, brunch at Gramma and Papa's, we all went home to take a nap... Then on to more partying! Dinner with everyone at Ant Jood and Gary's house rounded out a fun-filled and busy Christmas day!

Alright- so as I post this, I realize this is really the only picture I have from our festivities at Ant Jood's. Sorry!

While the girls napped and Dan and I cleaned up the "aftermath" of Christmas morning, the beautiful cardinal decided to hang out for a bit on the birdfeeder outside the window. It just looked so "Christmas" that I had to take a picture....

Christmas 2010- Part 2

Christmas Morning was a BLAST! Maggie "got" the Santa thing this year, so it was so much fun to wake up and run downstairs to see what he had left!

After opening Santa's gifts, we headed over to Gramma and Papa's house (in our jammies!) for brunch and .... you guessed it... More presents!

Maggie models her new hat from Gramma and Papa

 Peek-a-Boo baby for Lucy!

Maggie tries out her new comb and brush set on daddy....

And the best gift of all? Papa MADE this awesome cradle for the girls' dolls!

Santa brought this playhouse to Gramma and Papa's- it was too big to fit in the chimney!

Christmas 2010 - Part 1

What do you do when you get 26" of snow and are snowed in for 2 days straight? Catch up on a month's worth of blog postings, of course!

This past Christmas was a "Sichmeller" Christmas- meaning we stayed here in town and celebrated with the Sichmeller family. After Christmas Eve mass, we headed over to Aunt Kath and Uncle Dan's for great food, fun games and.... (gasp!) a surprise visit from Santa Claus himself! As busy as he was on Christmas Eve, he found time to stop by, pass out some gifts, sing some songs, and even read "The Night Before Christmas." It was AWESOME!

Attempting to get a cute Christmas photo of both girls in their dresses....

 ...not an easy task!

 Milan thinks "Crazy broads."

 Santa!

 Lucy was.... not a fan.

 Singing Christmas carols

 Reading "The Night Before Christmas"

Merry Christmas from the Salmon Family!
