Randomness....(is that even a word?)

This is where Maggie plays EVERY night while mommy makes dinner. More often than not, Daddy ends up with some sort of plastic food on his dinner plate.

Maggie's first trip to the movies. We didn't, however, see Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. We were actually there to see The Wizard of Oz (which Maggie L-O-V-E-D!) but they didn't have a poster for it... this had to suffice!

Rice cereal- Yum!

Maggie found Gramma's old rollers in the closet. They are her new favorite toy!

Not quite the finished product....

....but check this out!
This is the preview Marnie had for us on Thursday. We tweaked a few things and are SO EXCITED to get the real thing! Maggie and Lucy are beautiful, but Marnie truly makes them shine!

Poor, Poor Lucy...

Oh my....

Note the scissors on the floor....
We decided it was just easier to cut the onesie off than pull it over her head.

Yes, it truly was this army green color...
if only there was a way to share the horrific smell with you, too....

The only possible ending to this story is a good, warm bath!

Maggie Reads "Goodnight Moon"

Are you tucked in and ready for bed? This one will make you sleepy!

Marnie Rocks!

Last week the girls went for their "photo shoot" with Marnie (this was a continuation of the one Maggie won from the photo contest last fall.) So far, this is what we've gotten to preview:
Mom and dad go Thursday night to see the rest.
We can't wait!

Maggie's New Favorite Song is.....

Dan and I have the ZacBrown Band CD constantly playing in the car because Maggie loves the "Chicken Song" (Chicken Fried). Yesterday, as I was getting dinner ready, Maggie was playing on the piano.... when we listened to what, exacly she was singing, we couldn't help but laugh... The song is called "Toes," and it's the first song on the CD... It goes something like this:
I got my toes in the water
Ass in the sand
Life is good today....
Great song. Even better sung by a 2 year old.

Can you spot the fruit fly in this picture?
